Ben has taken care of me and my family for years and has always exceeded expectations. I had 2 doctors tell me I needed surgery - after a couple treatments with Ben my symptoms were gone. I have a lot of chronic pain from past injuries and seeing him allows me to manage pain and function at a higher level. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a chiropractor.
I cannot let today go by without giving a shoutout to the ENTIRE Tross staff. I have hurt my back yesterday and Dr Ben squeezed me in at the end of the day. He scheduled me for laser treatment with Kayla this morning. While I was there my back started spasming. Dr Ben was booked but Dr Austin had an opening and took me right away. Kayla could tell I was in a lot of pain and was so kind. The kindness and compassion of the entire staff was amazing. From tears to a smile when I left. I’m not 100% but I know I will be soon with this dedicated, kind, caring staff. Thank you Tross!!!
I had been in pain for two days straight with barely any neck mobility. They got me in last minute and Dr. Austin was very thorough and I was instantly relieved of some of my pain. Highly suggest!
