What an amazing addition to Columbia! The decor is beautiful and makes you feel as if your walking into a spa. Great variety in classes and the instructors are so nice and knowledgeable. I also have experienced the Thai Massage with Mary....WOW! She's absolutely amazing! I leave ZaZen feeling renewed and more centered...I definitely found my Zen at ZaZen! I highly recommend this little gem of a place.

ZaZen's studio provides a beautiful space where you can come to take care of you! We have massages (Thai Massages are our specialty!), yoga & Pilates classes, as well as health & Wellness events. We welcome all ages and experience levels as all services are tailored to our clients' capabilities and needs.
