Our dog got sick in several places on our carpet. We were sure it would leave a stain but hoping at least Stanley Steemer could come and make it just a light stain maybe. John was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was a very thorough and a super hard worker. After he was done with our carpet all the stains came out! No sign of a stain anywhere! He made the recommendation for the deodorizer too and so thankful we did. Rooms smell so good again! I would have John come back in a heartbeat. So nice to have someone so dedicated to their job and customer service! Thank you John!
