Absolutely love my experiences with Simple Solutions Fitness. As someone who hasn’t done any strength training in a long time, I was nervous about starting up again. The trainers put me right at ease, though, and their expert advice made it easy and enjoyable to start again. Have never done small group training before, but am really enjoying the support and camaraderie from the others in each class. I always leave with a smile on my face, feeling good about the work I’ve done!
As an endurance runner, I knew I needed to improve my strength, mobility, and balance, but I had no idea how to go about doing it. Steven took the time to listen to my goals and what matters most to me. The small group structure (2-4 other people) is awesome! You get individual attention, while also having the support of others. It’s a fun, friendly, and no-judgement atmosphere. Steven and Rusty are going to push you to do your best, without going beyond your limitations. I’ve had a great experience with Simple Solutions Fitness. Steven Mack and team are all very personable and supportive. They take the time to learn about you and your fitness goals before getting started, and make it a point to check-in as your progress. They’ll also offer referrals for other businesses/products to help you meet whatever your needs are which is something you don’t come across often. The group sessions are small and self-led/paced but you will definitely get a good workout. There is always a trainer there to support you during. This is a great option for someone looking to get started with strength training.
