    Can't even do a simple fade. I asked for a mid fade. Had to go higher and higher. First was a mullet style with hard lines. Asked them to even it out and actually fade it..... this picture was the 4th request and was told I don't have enough hair left to fade it....... ended up at the training barber school across the street to fix it.

    Worse salon experience I have ever had. They did not write my reservation down and had other apps booked during my time. I had taken off Work and was using vacation time. Color came out totally wrong and had to be redone and still not great, noticed the following morning some missed spots. Washed my hair at a sink with no neck brace very uncomfortable. Painful while she worked my hair, pulling my hair when combing, there over 3 hours will not return

    Customer service dilemma: Sadly great services aren't enough when customer service is all but forgotten. Today was 3 strikes you're out day. I made an appt and came in 50 minutes early lest I go home and end up being late because I know your time, like mine, is valuable. 10 minutes after my appt time I am told it's going to be another 30 minutes and they can reschedule me. Wait, what? How do you tell me that your boss, who checked me in and confirmed i was on the books, pushed someone into your schedule ahead of me? Not sure whose fault it was, but sadly it wasn't my first issue. Good luck guys. I'm sure one customer isn't going to hurt your business, but hopefully there aren't others. Whoever caused the chaos for me and wasted a portion of my sweet time please don't do it to someone else. Hint: I would have left and come back if your more regular client was a priority, but to make the decision for me was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
