When we discovered a yellow jacket nest over the weekend (which involved over a dozen stings), we were thrilled Rottler could come just a few hours later. They were quick, kind, and expressed concern over keeping our kids safe (as they love to play outside)! The technician, Matthew, was very friendly and professional. He assessed and treated the situation in less than an hour....and now, several days later, I can say for certain they're all gone!

Rottler was patient with our questions, accommodating with our schedule, very friendly call service and technician (Joseph was friendly, knowledgeable, good listener, good problem solver, and did more than was expected). We are repeat customers for good reason. But you need to get Joseph a cape. Getting rid of unwanted pests always makes you a hero ♂️

Cameron is always so accommodating to my time schedule and he does a thorough job.. he's very kind and explains everything that he's doing... and he's very knowledgeable! He dug this yellow jacket bees nest out of the ground. (Ooooowww)
