Thought I had a drain issue when I’d just installed the wrong flushing mechanism for my older toilet. Tech advised me to upgrade to a modern toilet and it resolved the issue. I appreciated getting honest advice instead of work I didn’t need. While I hope never to need a plumber, I will be calling Roto next time I do!
Huge rain over ran my drains. Basement flooded and nowhere to take the water that I had vacuumed up. Called Roto rooter but they were all on other emergency calls. The scheduler said it would be a couple of days with the 4th of July holiday before they could get to me. The guy who does my routine maintenance schedule learned it was me in trouble and called to say whatever time he finished his current job he would be coming. He got here today and cleared my drains. Life saving. Life changing!! There still are professionals who go above and beyond!! I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you!!
