This crew deserves 10 stars!!! Jimmy, Ian and Tim were absolute life savers on Christmas Eve after we had two pipes burst after the freeze. They were quick to complete the job and were kind in the process. We required restoration and clean up and they were effecient with this step as well. Ian did an excellent job explaining the process and even checked on us after everything was set up. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for us. They helped save Christmas!
Just wanted to say what a great job Roto-Rooter did cleaning out my main sewer line this weekend. Woke up Saturday morning to water in our basement coming from the floor drain in our laundry room. After the hassel of renting a sewer snake, picking it up and hauling it back, extra time spent on just trying to get the piece of junk to work properly, plus the money I spent I still had a problem. I would have been better off calling Roto-Rooter in the first place. Landon was great, professional, easy to work with, found the blockage quickly, explained the process needed to fix it and the cost associated with it. He asked for my approval before he did anything - every step of the way. Landon was also conscientious of any mud or dirt on his boots and tried not to track it in our house. What little dirt there was on our floor he mopped it up and even cleaned up the floor where we had the flood!! The cost was very resonable and the service was outstanding. Thank you Landon you did a great job. I highly reccomend Roto-Rooter.
