I love this place! They are always so awesome with my dogs and it’s the kind of place where I can ask questions or bring up concerns without feeling silly. The dogs all love visiting! I’ve been to other vets where you might only go in once a year and then never get updated. Here, I feel I can call when I have a concern and when I do visit with one dog, they always ask how my other pups are doing. It’s always a very positive experience ? I added a picture of the newest pack member sitting patiently in one of the exam rooms. The other picture is just the other two happy and healthy

They have been so patient and understanding with our neurotic, vet-phobic pets and always take time to follow up and check on our animals. I was so touched when our older dog passed suddenly, to receive a personalized card with messages about Brody as well as a picture they had of him. They are both skilled and thoughtful and truly care about your animals as part of your family.

I just switched to Rock Bridge, and I am thrilled with the (routine) care we've received so far. They are excellent at communicating regularly throughout the appointment while doing curbside care, and everyone has been very friendly and professional. They are also much more thorough than other vets I have seen in the past, and have finally solved a minor problem my cat has had (and been seen for) for years. They are also very clear about costs, especially laying out potential cost range for potentially expensive treatments like dental cleanings.
