I loved every second of the time I was there! I have never been this happy with my hair. Ustena took the time to get to know me and my hair, and it shows in the cut she did and the products she recommended. I will definitely be back!

Never in my life have I had a hair appointment like this (and I'm quite old). Not only did Ustena make it fun I learned so much about hair. Who knew! She took the time to know me to know my hair and what I liked. Love my cut. Thank you for a wonderful appointment.

Ustena was very kind and certainly knowledgeable about her craft. Hilarious to boot. I knew going in that it was going to be unconventional as others had put it, so I came in prepared. Pictures upon pictures. I have extremely curly hair and it looks wildly different when wet than dry. I had pictures of what I wanted, and what I didn't want, how it shrinks when dry, and so forth. I appreciated her tips and tricks, however, when it came to the actual cut I feel like I did not get what I wanted. I specifically asked for a stacked, inverted bob. I don't have that and I feel like at this point I am going to have to grow my hair back out to get what I wanted. The cut is even, looks nice and I have received compliments, the problem is it isn't what I wanted, so I feel let down.
