I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mr. Rooter. I was in a desperate situation, and they were able to respond almost immediately. They were prompt, polite, efficient and thorough. Excellent service!!
Our serviceman immediately caught the problem saving him lots of unnecessary work and time and us a fewer headaches!! The circuit breaker to our sewer pump had been turned off. He turned it back on and stayed to assure that that indeed was the issue. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!
Update:We just had them back out and they were awesome! Showed up a few minutes early. They got us in quickly. The tech went above and beyond in getting things fixed! They are just great!They were very professional, very conscious of cleaning up behind themselves, and did a great job at fixing the core issue. I really appreciate their help and plan to use them again for projects I have down the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and upfront plumber.
