Last year this company was amazing with never a problem. This year has been a 180 degree turn. Both mowing and weed eating were sloppy, leaving chunks of uncut grass in the yard every time. They would mow it as long as possible so that it needed to be mowed again 3-4 days later, taking more money. They did not leaf blow the extra grass out of the landscaping even though I requested it. They did not show up on the days they indicated they would arrive with no communication. I often had to go out for an hour to clean up areas they missed and redo and complete weed eating. I have been using this service for basic lawn mowing all year, and I haven't had a problem with them. I drive a truck, so I'm gone all week, and don't get a lot of time off. As far as I know they've never missed a mowing, other than for rain, and as soon as it dried up my yard would get cut. They send out emails when there's going to be a delay which I really like. The staff has always been super friendly when I call in to pay my invoice, and the one or two times I have somehow bumped into them while they were out mowing. I recommend them.
We reached out to the Mow-It-Alls to do some hardscaping and drainage corrections in our backyard. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, setting an appointment, and giving me an estimate on labor and cost. The crew that came out was extremely polite and would ask us questions if there was a concern that came up doing the work vs just deciding what should be done an hoping we were okay with it.
