I was looking for a recurring home cleaning service and found MidMO on a list of women/minority owned businesses in Como. The owner, Lillian, replied to my inquiry with friendliness and transparency, and her rates were fair. She said she had a staff of four women. I asked about availability, and she suggested a date about two weeks out. Not my preferred date, but I wanted to be adaptable. Two days before, I confirmed the date/time with Lillian again and everything was fine. Then the evening before, Lillian asked if she could shift my cleaning from the morning to the afternoon.
