Only pain through the whole produce was inserting the i.v.

Dr. Landreneau is absolutely amazing. He deserves 5/5 stars. He was patient, kind, polite and thorough on explaining the procedure that will be performed on our 12 year old.
Now the reason for only 4 stars. The fellow that came in before Dr Landreneau was arrogant and rude. He would not listen and was getting annoyed with our son because he couldn’t see certain size letters. He ignored us when we said he was dilated. He then asked if we had tried contacts and we said no because our son is Autistic and does not like things touching his eye. The reviews I’m reading here are pretty accurate. The medical care seems good and thorough. Wait times are unpredictable and can be really bad sometimes—accompanied by what seems to be a lack of recognition/caring about it from staff. You often have to wait each step along the way and I have literally been there hours before. I commented on it once to a nurse who didn’t reply and then said (sarcastically?) “have a really nice day!” when she left the room. The issue that surprises me the most though is that staff won’t call you back. I’ve been seen there a few years now and if I get the answering machine and leave a message, I won’t get a return call....read full review
