What can I say… man, I’ve heard being a first time homebuyer it can be a bit scary. Mr. Garrett made sure that it was FAR from scary. EVERY question I had was answered 110%. I never once felt unsure about the process. From the second I walked into his office, to closing day I KNEW I was in good hands. People like Jacob are far few and in between today. Jacob does what is in the best interest for each and every client, working around the clock 24/7 to make sure people have the same experience that I had. He also somehow finds time to be apart of the community teaching classes, and paying it forward donations! Great great person.
