Liz has magic hands. She listens and concentrates in the areas where biggest issues are. I started going to her several years ago at the recommendation of the chiropractor I was seeing. I suffered from neck, shoulder and upper back discomfort and had to take ibuprofen multiple times a day due to the constant pain. I go see her monthly and no longer have to take pain medicine to get through the day, nor do I go to the chiropractor anymore. Hands down the best, go see her-you won’t be disappointed!

I am thankful that I found Liz to be our massage therapist. When my husband was chair-bound during his final year, I originally hired Liz to come to our house to do massage treatments for his muscle stiffness – it did wonders for his comfort. It was apparent that I could benefit from myofascial release therapy, too, what with caregiving’s stresses and strains on my body! I continue to use Liz’s massage service on a monthly basis and genuinely appreciate her knowledge and skills.
