The techs that showed up to my house really took their time trying to track down what was causing some of the issues we had with my admittedly outdated furnace and heat pump system and provided me with a reasonable quote on any parts and labor required to replace some of the aspects of my system that are nearing the end of thier life. They were extremely informative and took their time explaining things to me as a layman and first time home owner and were happy to show me exactly how my system worked while I followed them around. Couldn't have been better and I will continue to recommend them in the future!“

“We had a new hot water heater installed. We had a complicated old system, with a holding tank and instant hot water lines. Over the years, we had other plumbing services look at the system; none of them appeared to truly understand what we had. My technician from Rick’s Water Heating Repair understood immediately. We also found out he does more then just water heater repairs. Our garbage disposal was old and needed to be replaced. He was able to swap it out at the same time he did the water heater install. Today they came out and installed a temporary AC unit as our new one could not be installed for another 4 days. It only took them an hour! This was a free service and I was very impressed.
