The techs that showed up to my house really took their time trying to track down what was causing some of the issues we had with my admittedly outdated furnace and heat pump system and provided me with a reasonable quote on any parts and labor required to replace some of the aspects of my system that are nearing the end of thier life. They were extremely informative and took their time explaining things to me as a layman and first time home owner and were happy to show me exactly how my system worked while I followed them around. He showed up and checked my furnace and found that the motherboard was burnt. He couldn't fix it but was quick to loan us electric heaters. He got the part today and fixed it today. “Albright installed a heating pump system for us about 3-4 years ago. We thought they were excellent to work with then... But last night our AC system went down and with forecasted temps to be 90°+ this week and 2 small children, I called them at 7:05 this morning! They added me to their work list for the same day which was impressive enough but then I got a call that Jimmy was on his way! He arrived and was so friendly. He looked at the unit, assessed the issue, and then had the part ON HIS TRUCK and fixed it immediately. We were back up and running with cool air by 8:05am! “Columbia Heating & Cooling, located on N. Rogers Road in Columbia MO. I found this company to be very professional, knowledgeable and had good PR too. Twice they have been to our home. First time answered all questions and gave 3 recommendations for new HVAC furnace and AC unit according to our budget. They got back to us on the phone within an hour and quoted us prices. Today they came out and installed a temporary AC unit as our new one could not be installed for another 4 days. It only took them an hour! This was a free service and I was very impressed.
