I can't thank you folks enough for everything. Everyone was so compassionate and professional from the gentleman that came and picked mom up, taking his time, making sure to respect not only her body, but my feelings, and making sure I was ready to let her go, to the office staff that was so kind and understanding. I expected this part to be expensive and difficult, but it was not at all. The communication couldn't have been any better, the patience and catering to myself and my step-father was first class. You all showed true professionalism, and I will forever use you all if I ever need services again. Thank you again.
Very smooth process. Hannah and Joe were amazing at communicating. The emails were easy to process and the forms were simple to fill out. The electronic signing process made life way easier than a traditional way of having to fax and sign and play mail tag. Highly recommended.
Heartland Cremation and Burial Society provided services that met my husband's wishes of simple, affordable, and efficient. Hannah gave guidance , answered questions, and support throughout the process. I appreciate all that was done in a difficult and stressful situation.
