“I had an unfortunate event happen at Milan where I had some burns occur from a too strong of laser voltage. It was very painful and happened at a time where I was really hoping to feel confident in my bikini. Despite that happening, I have decided to continue my treatment, because before that happened I had been going to Milan for almost a year and had no issues until then. Once Milan Client Services was aware of my experience, they responded within a couple of days and handled the situation very well. We found a solution and they made me feel comfortable to continue treatment. Overall my experience has been positive and I have had great results. My advice would be let the technician know if it is too painful and make sure you feel comfortable with who is treating you.“
