Gracie Barra Columbia has probably some of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life, along with a culture of discipline and self-improvement that really keeps you coming back for more. If you want somewhere to go to get a great workout, learn to defend yourself, and meet some amazing people, this is definitely the place to go.
Very nice gym with great people who want to help you. If you wanna dip your toes into martial arts but don’t wanna get punched or kicked in the face, this is the place. You will learn how to handle yourself when forced to be on the ground and also learn life lessons ranging from how to manage stress and how to be confident in yourself.
Great experience and great classes. Professor and staff are dedicated to the students. Felt like a brotherhood and I felt valued from day 1. Coaches and Professor would call me to make sure I’m doing okay.Great team and great experience.
