This is my second experience with House of Brokers in as many years, so now it's time for a review. I just closed my transaction today. Both were 1031 exchanges from out of state, so everything was done long distance. Not being there personally commands a higher level of trust with everyone involved. Jackie was the one directly responsible for making things happen smoothly. Aside from a few glitches, everything went well and closed on time. It can be confusing who you're dealing with since the procedure is a bit different than here. But no matter who I communicated with, things got done.
