I bought my first home this last December. A friend of mine had referred me to Flat Branch. I had never been through the process of of home loans, and was feeling quite nervous about it all. I was expecting a terrible experience and not understand anything from it. I was pleasantly surprised! Stephanie Turner from Flat Branch took wonderful care of me. She was so informative, and patient with me. She understood that I had no understanding of the home loan process. From day one talking with Stephanie, I knew I was in great hands. Anytime I had a question she was more than willing to help. Even when I would get frustrated with myself for having a hard time understanding a certain part of the process, she was very reassuring and walked me through it. Both Stephanie and the Flat Branch company are very thorough. While buying a home is stressful, Stephanie made the loan process flow smoothly for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this process!
