They cleaned my dryer vent on this visit. It is vented through the roof so he had to climb up there and cleaned it from there. He did not have to pull the dryer out-cleaned the vent, etc. on it in place. Scheduling was easy, he arrived right on time, did the job quickly and left virtually no mess. We have scheduled air duct cleaning. We will schedule dryer vent cleaning annually.
