I receive excellent care at Clarkson, from painstaking explanations of the condition of my eyes to being apprised of any specials that might apply to the glasses I am ordering. I always feel like I get great customer service at Clarkson Eyecare.

I went to this location for an exam for myself and my two children on two separate days. Both of my children have Autism, and these type of appointments are not usually positive experiences. I explained that to the person working when I called to schedule the appointments so they would be aware before we arrived just to have some background info because there are noticeable differences in my children upon first speaking with them. I came into Clarkson eye facility, was immediately welcomed and asked if I had an appointment and was very polite and informative, the doctor was amazing. She took her time, answered my questions, and I answered her questions! She was a very good eye doctor. I would go again because they worked with me on my insurance and everything. They were amazing I recommend them.
