    This is a warm, inviting place to practice yoga. Tamara is a highly qualified, caring, dedicated instructor who provides support for all clients. I was initially drawn to the yoga class because they advertise: Yoga for Every Body; that claim is true. Anyone can benefit and no one will feel out of place here. I am grateful for this place and these classes.

    I am thrilled with yoga taught by Tamara Sack! Best thing ever! Inclusive, welcoming, friendly, and safe to ask questions. I love how I feel after every class. Head up, shoulders down, smile on!

    Beth, (owner/instructor and RN), is fantastic. Very well run studio. Clean and comfortable. Her reformer instructions are easy to follow and she’s a great motivator. Started here at the end of 2019 and worked up to three sessions a week. After only 6 sessions, I was getting most exercises down pretty well, with Beth’s gentle corrections, and after 20 sessions, i noticed a huge improvement in my core strength and muscle tone. Lost a little weight as well. Sadly had to stop for shutdown, but started up again this summer and am amazed how quickly my muscle memory kicked in. My back feels a bajillion times better at the end of each session. Love this place!
