911 Restoration provided very quick service and Tristan was excellent in describing what would be done and then executing it in about an hour. This was a basement flooding situation due to a clogged pipe. I would definitely use them again.
Dustan was very up front about the whole process with the water damage in my basement. He worked with me and never pressured me at any point to do something I wasn’t comfortable with.
We had a flood in our home because our water softener ruptured and Dustan and his crew were here within 30 minutes of my call. They had the cleanup started right away and they kept me informed during the entire process and had the repairs done in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough!
