“This is the second studio that I normally frequent. I usually work out in Crestwood, but I do come here for a class or 2 as well during the week. While this studio is a little older, it seems to have friendlier and more interactive clientele. The location is perfect for me when coming home from work and wanting to go straight to a class. Mostly, I take a class here over the weekend or late at night during the weekdays. Some of the reformers may show some wear and tear, but they do a great job maintaining. They use a sprayer and washcloth for cleaning purposes, which I actually prefer more than the disposable wipes as it decreases the amount of garbage output. The instructors are very friendly! This is a nice studio to workout in, and I enjoy the bonus interactions as well. The classes are a lot more varied here, and I can usually find an open spot for certain classes I want to take without having to sign up for it weeks in advance.“

“I've been going to Align since late 2022. The space is friendly & welcoming and the staff is super nice and fun to talk to. I'm not super experienced with yoga, so I like to go to Danni's "Yoga for Beginners" class on Sunday mornings. Danni is also my usual massage therapist! I go once a month and lately we've been doing the Ashiatsu massage. It's wonderful. Danni is great at providing the right amount of pressure and also making sure I'm comfortable during each session. I expect to be going to Align for a long time.“

“I have been practicing at Yoga St. Louis for 12 years. Bruce was recommended to me by a friend because I had severe back pain that had left me virtually unable to function. Frankly I was doubtful I’d ever function again but Bruce thought he could help me and convinced me to give it a shot. Bruce is an expert in physiology and can make even the most challenging actions attainable for most people. He understands the body’s compensation mechanisms and how to address issues in a safe way. This was not a miracle cure and took time, and work on my part, but Bruce’s guidance and careful explanations were key to my recovery and to helping me learn to move in safer and more effective ways for my long term health. He is the only person I will let correct/manipulate me when I am having pain. As an added bonus I have learned much about yoga and the importance of the interaction between mind and body to a person’s health and wellness and another way to approach pain and healing. They have a personalized approach and can accommodate any level of practice: novice to veteran. Kaiut is gentle and unique. I have definite improvement in flexibility. “I started coming to Pilates + Yoga studio in Chesterfield 5 years ago. I initially bought a package of 10 with Groupon. I had done Pilates at someone’s home prior to coming to the studio.I am addicted to Pilates. It is a full body workout that gives you amazing results.I have had numerous instructors over the past 5 years and I am confident in saying that you will be happy with any of the instructors you have.I bought a membership which is the way to go if you enjoy Pilates and want to do it regularly. I also signed up for a specific day and class. Doing this assures me of my time slot. Since I have signed up I generally have Lindsay for my instructor. Lindsay is a great Pilates instructor. She has a background in dance and is a certified Pilates instructor. Lindsay’s classes are challenging and a good workout. Her instructions are easy to follow. She has great recall and knows everyone’s name and their restrictions.No matter your age, physical restrictions or activity there is a Pilates class for you. They also provide private and duet sessions if that is what you prefer.“
“Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!“
