Bud was 'hired' by a family member to review my fathers estate, on her behalf. My father is still living and has not been included in all conversations. He is 96 and confused and it seems to me he is being manipulated. An upstanding attorney would not allow that. When conflict of interest and not representing all members, at my fathers expense, was brought to his attention he said, that shipped had sailed. He has failed to return calls from other family members when asked to detail just what it is he is doing. If he has nothing to hide he should be willing to speak with concerned family members. Although he is not obligated to speak with us he does speak with other family members. Since my father is paying for his services, ethically he is the only one who should be involved in the conversations. Again, it all seems pretty shady. I would not suggest using him for estate law.
My health care company worked with Ira Blank and found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable about HR laws and he guided us through a go, no-go decision. His ethical pricing structure was so refreshing. I would highly recomend him.
I have worked with Enterprise Law Group as a commercial property tax appraiser. I have found their property tax attorneys Nikos Tsonis and George Relias to be extremely knowledgeable about the issues relating to property tax appeals and equitable valuation for tax payers as they move through the assessment appeal process.
