Hired Griffin flooring to stretch a bedroom carpet that was previously poorly laid by lowes contractors. He was very responsive and fairly priced. Todd and his wife are friendly, honest, knowledgeable and do quality work. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using their carpet cleaning services in the future.
Exceptional and Professional! Todd and Cindy were very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated the fact that they were honest about not being able to clean some pieces because of the fine fabric and they didn't want to risk damaging them. They were helpful in explaining the method that would need to be used and directing me to some professionals that might be able to get the job done. As for the furniture they were able to clean; they made it look like new and it wasn't overly wet. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again in the future:)
Griffin Flooring did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets, our large sectional, and recliner. They made a 13-year-old sectional look new again! I have never seen our carpets look so good! I was so impressed by how hard they worked to get all the stains out and make sure we were happy with the results. You can’t go wrong with Griffin Flooring!
