They never answer the phone or call you back. They don't seem very professional nor do they seem like they care for new customers. If your a regular your treated great but if your new they don't care
The massage I had at Essential Kneads was easily the worst massage I've ever had. Claimed to be Swedish massage, it was simply a bruising and painful experience. Nothing therapeutic or relaxing about it, including the constant chatter during the massage.
This place is outstanding, situated on the square in an awesome little setting. I felt at home from the moment I first set foot in the door. The ladies that took care of my needs were very charming. I went in for a full body massage and loved everything about it. Great price, great atmosphere and outstanding service, what more could you ask for.
