I've been training at traceys for roughly 6-7 months now and have seen an enormous amount of change in my body and balance. My legs have never been stronger and my balance has increased 10 fold. I play roller hockey aswell and it has helped me with my endurance, hand/eye coordination, and overall confidence.
Ben is a ? instructor explains techniques well and makes sure you know them so that you could apply them if they were needed to. I've had a few martial arts instructors and he is great.
