My son has been with Team Z for little over a year and I couldn't be happier with the evolution I see in him inside and out. When we moved to the area our middle little was struggling. He isn't a big sports guy but has taken karate in the past. From day one with Coach John he has talked about how much he has enjoyed MMA (and fyi he enjoys almost nothing that isn't NBKA2K) The staff is firm not intimidating but consistent. I plan to enroll my preschooler when the time comes. Sansei Arvin has created a welcoming environment for parents and students. Looking forward to watching my son grow not only in the gym but overall from his time spent here. Highly recommend.
Cannot say thank you to this AMAZING team enough! I came through town on a business trip and just wanted to find a place to maybe hit a bag or get a workout in. Team Z was that and SO much more. An extremely welcoming environment with awesome students and very intelligent coaches. Will definitely be back here EVERY single time I am in the area. Would be a the perfect place to make my home gym if I lived here! 11/10 would recommend
