They gave me a folder with the bios for all the estheticians to let me know a little about their backgrounds in the medical field. Alyssa took time to share her experience before joining the practice and while she's been working with them. She answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. She explained there was a doctor on site at all times in case his expertise was needed or if there was a complication. She took photos of my face and explained exactly how the procedure would work. She gave me a sheet to take home with her recommendations and the expected cost for the work. Zero surprises! I look forward to booking my next appt since the consultation appt went so smoothly.“
