I love posting my weight loss each day and there is an instant reply and if I miss, I get a reminder. It also encourages multiple days of loss. I need all the encouragement I can get! Kim’s my coach to talk with and she is so great! Super helpful and upbeat. She will help guide me through to my goals and how to live better.
I can't say enough great things about my experience on this program. I was skeptical just like anyone else would be. But I had tried a little bit of everything when it comes to weight loss. I was at a loss and I saw Dr. Deloney on News 4 Great Day St. Louis and thought I'd look into it. I'm so happy I made the call and watched his webinar.
