I have 10 years experience in commercial real estate and property management. One of the biggest headaches consistently seems to be the roof. Leaks, unhappy tenants, and expensive to repair and replace. I have referred multiple clients to PRS for roof repairs, roof replacement, and fluid-applied roof restoration.
