“I damaged my knee in a bike crash. Don't ride on asphalt after a rain! I lost friction on a curve and my bike slid out loosing traction. Luckily no broken bones or ACL damage.... but still lots of trauma. I'm doing 6 PT visits here to help restore joint movement as my knee heals. Today I did a range of motion and movement stretches.“
