Eye surgery can be pretty scary. The staff & Dr. Anthony deBues were caring, compassionate & understanding. I had retina surgery with Dr. deBues and he talked to me in ways I could understand and provided the care needed within less than 24 hours of my initial call for help. As a new emergency patient, this was very impressive. I had laser surgery the same day as the consultation and I appreciated and respected his precise and educated care. He has been in his specialty care for 20+ years and it shows. I am extremely thankful for Dr. deBues. THANK YOU!!!
My experience was very pleasant. Everyone I encountered was nice to speak with, and the facility was really nice and modern. Very spacious. The wait time was lengthy, but they have a new patient now! The doctor explained corneal abrasions and how to treat them ... and I'm relieved.
Jasmine in Medical Records at Pepose Vision Institute did such a fabulous job getting my Mom’s records to her new optometrist’s office so quickly after she relocated out of state. She was so pleasant and efficient and Pepose Vision Institute is very fortunate to have such a wonderful person managing their medical records! She was so great in following up with me to make sure they were promptly received. It was such a pleasure interacting with her.
