Customer service is bad IF you can get it.The younger girls won't look up from their phones, make eye contact, or greet you. They ask you to check in on the app instead of at the desk. It's clean and the beds are usually up to date. So 2 stars.

I went in today for the first time and had an amazing experience! Alexa answered the phone for me and answered all my questions perfectly. I came shortly after and she remembered the conversation and made sure to assist me with everything I needed! Alexa had great advice and was a 10/10 help. Kasey was also extremely nice and helpful, especially with product recommendations. Sam who was cleaning in the back came to welcome me too and had great energy. Everybody was so sweet and welcoming, I will be continuing to come. it's so nice to know the girls there are as awesome as they are:)

super clean and staff is super friendly and helpful! I recommend the emerald tanning deal it's super good and all the tanning beds work super well! The product they have there is also super good and smells really nice.
