We’ve been bringing our vacuum cleaners to this location for years. They were an Oreck store now they’re something different but the work is still honest and the pricing is fair. I brought our vacuum cleaner by yesterday, I was told I would get a call Wednesday. I didn’t even make it down the road when Freddy called, told me what was wrong and that my vacuum cleaner was ready to go! Outstanding customer service at this location! If you need your vacuum ready, call Freddy!!

I have been a customer of this Oreck store for years. I noticed the ownership had a sign up with changes they have made. My last visit to have my vacuum tuned up and to buy bags was very pleasant. Donna, the new store manager, was extremely helpful. I noticed the product display has improved, and there are some new stick vacuums and various other new things. I was called back in 2 days to pick up my vacuum. When I dropped off my vacuum, I was offered a loaner (but declined). Nice touch in today's impersonal world !

Took my vacuum into the Oreck store in Chesterfield last week for repair/cleaning. Great experience! Salesman person was kind and asked good questions before writing up the ticket. They called back in 2-3 days and it was ready for pickup. Not pushy at all, and very informative. Will consider an investment in an Oreck or Meile vacuum in the future. All good!
