I’m a long time member of this studio and have tried most of the classes offered and am never disappointed. It is truly a community experience with a wide variety of offerings and new things to try.

Absolutely amazing! This studio is such a wonderful and safe space. I live with chronic pain and finding a yoga studio that is understanding is such a blessing. Kelley is an amazing teacher and I’m excited to try more classes. Also, the wooden floors in this studio smell so good! ? which is not something I normally notice at a business but when youre exercising on the floor, nice clean floors make a huge difference!
