This company had a sale contract to take over the responsibility of skylight installation originally done by a roofer during a roof replacement project when some problem with one of the sun tunnels. They were promising with warranty of the 5 sun tunnels when they took over and they said that they would re-install the 5 sun tunnels. However, when I called them to check on moisture problem in other sun tunnels, they told me that the warranty became invalid since the roofer hired someone to fix the damaged ceiling around one of the sun tunnels which had the problem to start with. Came to my house to give a quote. No social distancing, no mask.Representative could not discuss options. Kept repeating the same thing over and over. One price fits all solution. The rep kept saying they were very busy and left the impression they weren't interested. Waited 1 month for them to come by. Stayed 10 minutes. I'm looking elsewhere.
