“Chloe is AMAZING!!! This is the third time she has cut my hair and she never disappoints! The first time she did amazing partial highlights and cut/style, the second time she did a keratin treatment and cut/style, and this time she did an amazing cut with lots of layers and styles loose waves! My partial highlights have grown out so natural looking, that they blend in and she agreed to do a toner to bring out the shine today! She adapts to whatever your hair needs in the moment! She’s so meticulous, creative, and FUN!! It started to rain and I was worried about my hair getting ruined in the rain… and her associate walked me to my car with an umbrella!
