Wes was an excellent technician. Within 60 seconds of arriving to our home he had in jammed the lock! He then fixed the door. He then showed us how to properly work the lock and lever.
His expertise is much appreciated.
For some silly reason, as the IT Manager for my company, I have also been put in charge of facilities and security.
