Wes was an excellent technician. Within 60 seconds of arriving to our home he had in jammed the lock! He then fixed the door. He then showed us how to properly work the lock and lever.
His expertise is much appreciated.

For some silly reason, as the IT Manager for my company, I have also been put in charge of facilities and security. We moved into our current location 4 years ago, and have been partnering with Wes and GL&S from the get go.These guys are ALWAYS professional. Quick to respond. Fair in value. Outstanding when providing and implementing solutions.Honest fact - If I ever have to move to a different organization, Gateway would be one of those contacts that I proudly took with me. No reason to ever shop others in this space.
