Brad Huson was great. Showed up on the same day we called went to it and fixed. No unnecessary services or BS. In and out in half hour and ac is blowing cold and purring like a kitten.
I called at 9am. A tech was here at 10:30am and my AC was back up and cooling be 11am. I received a text when the tech would arrive. Fast and courteous service from everyone. I had a part outside that had blown and needed to be replaced. Not if the cost was higher or lower than other companies, but I’ll take it due to the quick turnaround on what will be a very hot day and week in August.
I recently bought my home and the home is serviced by this company. I have a water leak alarm that went off and I called the company thinking it was a HVAC problem/leak. The service was prompt - they sent a very professional technician in no time who was quickly able to inspect the issue and tell me that there was no leak issue with the HVAC and educated me about how to look for any leaks for the future. He also provided a reference for an appropriate plumber service upon my request to address the issue. Very professional, competent and helpful.
