As a person who has worked in construction for 30 years, we truly appreciate excellent customer service and stellar results and that was our experience with Featherfall. Mike, as our main contact, was always accessible and diligent throughout the entire process. The first step was securing approval from our insurance company for the repair and Mike and Casey handled all of the heavy-lifting with securing approval. Working with a competent, professional and experienced company was refreshing. Mike Jones, Project Manager walked us through the whole process of getting my damaged house resided and gutters replaced. Mike constantly checked in and kept us up to date on the progress and or changes to my project. The work crew did an amazing job and left the work site clean. I highly reccomend Featherfall and would use them again.
