We are so very fortunate to have this doctor, Dr. Kerstin, in our lives and our 2 umbrella cockatoos' lives. He and his office are awesome! We always know our feathered family members have a place to receive health care
First time client and won’t be the last! Excellent service from start to finish. Dr. K was so knowledgeable and nursed my parakeet back to health. Hands down best vet experience we ever had!
I was only able to come on time before my Tater Tot passed away but they were nothing short of excellent.The vet tech, Courtney, honestly has to be the sweetest human being that I've ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had as much time with my little Tot after they passed. She did not hesitate to bring them back in the room after I had asked for them to be taken away and she was so comforting. She went above and beyond with TaterTot's foot print and was careful to choose some of the prettiest feathers for it.
