“Bill’s saved the day after a big box store failed. After our refrigerator broke, we ordered one from a big national chain. One month & three failed delivery attempts later - we remained without a working refrigerator. We cancelled our order & headed to Bill’s. We ordered the same refrigerator from Bill’s that we had tried to buy from that national chain. This time, we ordered it on a Wednesday & Bill’s had it delivered & installed (& the old one removed) by the following Monday.

We called Crews Appliance after working with another repair company who wasn't able to properly diagnose the problem despite having to come out to our house twice. Mike was willing to check on the error codes over the phone in case he didn't need to come out.
