He was able to obtain the necessary part lightning fast, and returned to install it immediately. He is professional, skilled and the entire experience was excellent. My technician Trevor was very knowledgeable and polite. He even called the customer service for the fridge to confirm his diagnosis. It didn't make sense to repair the fridge so he gave a ton of good information on purchasing a new one.
