“Stopped by Hair Ur Way after receiving a very bad and expensive haircut from an upscale place in Webster Groves. Sandy took me in immediately and did a wonderful job of fixing the mess up. The haircut is exactly what I wanted in the first place. Just because you pay a lot for a haircut doesn't guarantee it's going to be a good one. The search is over for my new stylist! “Ralph is one the best hairdressers I have EVER had the privilege to have my haircut by. And I do mean that it is a privilege. His demeanor is so very real. He always has me laughing almost the entire time. His clientele are of ALL ages and genders. He listens to me when I tell him what I want done and does exactly that. “Rather than a professional looking set of nails, I now have a set that looks like a child did them. Not an almond shape like I originally asked for and after repeatedly repeating myself still didn't get what I wanted. Plus nickel and diming for every little thing. Especially after I initially said no to the design, kept getting pressured into doing it. Worst service and really missing the old team.“
